A Sad Day...

This is a sad day for my family and me...  At 7:30 this morning, the phone rang and it was my mother telling me that my brother's wife had passed away.  I'm so sad for Kris (my brother), and their two daughters, Carlye and Solvae.  Dana was a special person to everyone who knew her.  She had been battling cancer for a number of years.  Her tenacious spirit was an inspiration to me.  This is a picture of my mother, Dana, and my brother Kris,(he's in the shadows). It was taken a few years back in Donnelly, Idaho at their place in the mountains. I will miss her presence very much. Savor and enjoy the moments you have with the people you love. Each moment is precious and fleeting. It is a sad day...
